This is Nivcal. It's his first day on the job and he needs to move this box of merchandise semi-quickly. He is inexperienced and quickly realizes the box is heavier than he thought. He needs to lift this box to show he can get the job done or risk absolute embarrassment in front of his new co workers, amongst them an "extremely sexy lady" (added for dramatization sake) ;)
